Nederman MikroPul Pty has announced a change in company operations in a statement from managing direction Brian Hooker.
As part of the integration process that has occurred with Nederman Pty and MikroPul Australia Pty following the acquisition which occurred on 1 October 2012, the two business units operating in Australia will be merged into one.
As of 1 May 2015, the two business units will operate as Nederman MikroPul Pty, using the existing Nederman Pty Ltd ABN 75 002 459 672.
During the transition period, there will be no change in operations of the business in terms of services and products provided, and there will be no change in contact details for the company.
The brand names of Nederman and MikroPul will still be used to differentiate products and services that are available to clients.
The Nederman brand will remain as the standard and configured products lines, while MikroPul will retain its position as one of the leading names in engineered solutions and aftermarket services.
These changes may result in changes to bank account details and changes will be advised to those affected as required.
