The robot cell is specifically made for palletising carton boxes up to 8kg. It works safely near and in close collaboration with operators.
The RC10 comes with a tablet application for layer configuration, reducing the need for complicated robot programming.
The collaborative robot is user-safe, making a fence system or a cage unnecessary. RC10 is easy to move for one person thanks to its docking station.
The palletising unit contains one conveyor and the robot module. It is a single-pick unit, working at eight boxes per minute, with a maximum load of 8kg each. It is also possible to change the gripper to a double-pick unit.
Delivery includes the option to be powered by both 110V and 230V, with a built-in vacuum pump that eliminates the need for an external air supply.
