The stainless-steel chain conveyor systems are clean, robust and modular, and include a complete range of guide rails and supports.
The system’s design is inspired by the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) guidelines for food processing equipment and permits improved cleanliness, minimises dirt pockets and maximises rounded surfaces for better drainage. The conveyor platforms are safe, without any pinch points or sharp edges.
The systems are very robust and stable. Every component of the new platforms has been carefully designed to give maximum sturdiness.
The modular concept makes the stainless steel conveyors flexible and supports easy engineering. Assembly and installation is quick, cutting start-up time and allowing easy line modifications.
They run completely without lubrication systems, even at high speeds, and there is a wide range of standardised functions for easy engineering such as bridges, clamp stops, metal detection units, chain washers and clean-in-place (CIP) units.
The standard conveyor chain widths range from 63mm up to 295mm for product widths up to 400mm. Suitable for items with a weight up to 15 kg, the conveyor systems handle packed food.
