Lipofoods has announced it will be hosting a webinar about microencapsulation.
Taking place on the 5 June at 3:00pm (BST), the webinar will discuss the benefits of using Lipofoods microencapsulation technology, including controlled interactions with other components, minimised unpleasant taste, enhanced bioavailability, improved stability and dispersibility in final formulas, and controlled release of functional ingredients.
The company will introduce its brands LIPOFER™ (microencapsulated iron), LIPOPHYTOL™ (microencapsulated phytosterols) and NEWCAFF™ (microencapsulated caffeine) as examples where Liptofoods’ microencapsulation technology has been successfully applied.
