PTL has its roots firmly set in the chocolate industry as well as a passion for all things confectionery. Over the past 21 years we have developed an extensive range of chocolate processing equipment, which includes melting, tempering, moulding, depositing, enrobing and cooling equipment.
Prior to the company’s formation, Jim Halliday, the founder and managing director of PTL, had many years of experience in the chocolate industry as a chief engineer, seeing the problems, pitfalls and ultimately solutions in the industry. Out of this experience, PTL’s philosophy was born: to design and build premium quality equipment which is easy to clean and simple to operate…simply irresistible.
Beyond its foundation years, PTL diversified into new markets. With tremendous growth in the muesli/health bar markets, along with customer requests, we’ve developed a full range of bar-manufacturing equipment, which includes forming, cooling, cutting and enrobing equipment. With our customer-friendly focused approach to processing, our barlines are unique to the market and have become a major part of our business.
In recent years we have become increasingly involved in international tradeshows and events such as The Process Expo, IBIE, PMCA, Contech and Interpack. With an active drive for sales, the increased exposure of our brand and product as well as alliances with key industry partners, we focus on growth in all markets and aim to continue to develop as a major player in the global market.
As we move forward we continue to innovate and develop irresistible equipment solutions to achieve perfection in chocolate-processing and bar-manufacturing.
