With an enviable reputation and more than 30 years’ experience in spray nozzle engineering, nozzle performance, spray nozzle specification and design, Tecpro Australia is on hand to assist you with all of your spraying requirements.
The company represents PNR, an Italian manufacturer of spray nozzles that only supply nozzles of the highest engineering quality to ensure the best performance and durability.
If the requirements of your application cannot be met with a product from the standard range, Tecpro can design and produce custom spray nozzles to achieve the desired outcome.
The firm offers:
- Flat fan spray nozzles
- Hollow cone spray nozzles
- Solid jet spray nozzles
- Air-atomising nozzles
- Air nozzles
- Fire protection nozzles
- Spray dry nozzles
Flat fan spray nozzles
Tecpro offers a complete range of flat fan spray nozzles and jet spray nozzles. Different techniques are utilised to produce a flat fan spray pattern, each one offering specific design and spray properties. This makes it possible to nominate one nozzle meeting all or most of the requirements for a given application.
Full cone spray nozzles
Full Cone Spray Nozzles are spray nozzles with a full cone spray pattern that distributes the liquid evenly over a circular or square area.
A wide range of full cone nozzles is available to suit most applications, while additional cone nozzle types can be designed to suit special applications.
Hollow cone spray nozzles
Hollow Cone nozzles produce a circular spray pattern where the liquid is distributed around the perimeter or circumference of the circle. They generate fine droplets.
There are many different hollow cone nozzles available but they can be broadly divided into tangential spray nozzles, axial spray nozzles, deflection-type axial spray nozzles and hydraulic atomisers.
Solid jet spray nozzles
Solid jet spray nozzles produce a solid jet and have the highest impact force of any spray pattern, as all of the volume and pressure is focused on one small area rather than distributed over a cone or fan shape.
Air atomising nozzles
Air-assisted atomising nozzles use their special design and compressed air to atomise a liquid and break it into tiny droplets (the smallest average particle size is ten microns).
Air nozzles
Air blowing nozzles are designed for use with compressed air to move, cool or dry products.
Fire protection nozzles
Fire suppression nozzles or sprinklers are available in a number of different forms, from foam nozzles, deluge nozzles and water mist fire suppression nozzles.
Spray-dry nozzles
The spray dry process performs the action of separating water or another liquid from a solution, an emulsion or a suspension for the purpose of obtaining the solid part of the feed fluid under the form of powder. This is obtained by spraying the liquid product into a tower, where it is atomised into drops and put in contact with a stream of hot air.
By heating through thermal convection, the liquid part of each droplet evaporates, leaving the solid residue from the droplet to fall to the bottom of the tower as a powder grain.
