Witte is pleased to announce the addition of a total control package incorporating an Allen Bradley PLC color touch-screen, motor starters, cabinet, wiring with custom-designed software and display tailored to your specific process. The software is tailored to start the system in the correct sequence, control the process air temperature and adjust the process air temperature based on the amount of drying thus saving energy. It can also control the inlet and exhaust air balance dampers to provide the slight negative pressure required in the drying chamber.
We provide all the sensors and actuators required by the system to provide a single push-button start and shutdown. The PLC can operate as a stand-alone control requiring nothing else or can be integrated to operate with the customer’s plant PLC.
