High emulsifying fryer oil cleaner

Alconox® is a concentrated, anionic detergent used in the manual and ultrasonic cleaning of glassware, plastics, metals, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass. The detergent is free rinsing and produces reliable results with no interfering residues.

Enhanced acid cleaning of milkstone and scale for dairy processing

Citrajet® is a low-foaming, phosphate-free, concentrated liquid cleaner and metal brightener. This high-performance liquid removes metal oxides, scales, salts and inorganic residues found in labware washers, parts washers, power spray systems and manual and ultrasonic cleaning.

Low-foaming powdered detergent for washer applications

Alcojet® is a nonionic, low-foaming powder cleaner for use in labware washers, parts washers, power-spray systems, manual and ultrasonic cleaning. Its corrosion-inhibited formula is recommended for glassware, metals, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass. Alcojet® is free rinsing for reliable results and no interfering residues.

Enzyme active cleaner for protein soils

A concentrated, anionic detergent for manual and ultrasonic cleaning, Tergazyme® is formulated with protease enzymes for the removal of proteinaceous soils, tissue, blood and bodily fluids from metals, glassware, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass.

Tergazyme® is an ideal cleaning agent in reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration systems. To produce the required flow through rates, reverse osmosis membranes must be cleaned with food grade cleaners. Cleaning with Tergazyme® results in the required drop in pressure differential, causing an increase in permeation flow with no contamination for food products.
