Senator sanitary priming piston pumps and packages

The Senator sanitary priming piston pumps and packages are ideal for high volume applications with ingredients under 100,000cps.

The Senator 4:1 sanitary pump is constructed of 316 stainless steel, with a 2in (50.8mm) sanitary tube flange outlet, and can be fitted into open-head drums or directly inserted into a 4.5in (114mm) closed-head drum bung. It is an on-demand pump; by closing the outlet or dispense valve, the pump will stop until flow is again required.

This USDA-approved pump can be taken apart in less than five minutes for those applications that require daily sanitation, and can empty a drum in less than three minutes when pumping somewhat flowable to moderately flowable fluids.

BES300 bin evacuate system

The BES300 bin evacuate system is specially designed for evacuating bags in the bin containers.

The BES 300 is designed to unload viscous food ingredients from 300gal (1,135.6l) ‘bag-in-the-bin’ containers. Eliminate the problems of bin dumping and manual scooping with the BES 300.

Husky sanitary flapper pump

The 3150 sanitary flapper pump is designed for materials and fluid streams containing large solids or chunks, which clog a ball-designed pump or are damaged by the pumping action. It easily moves larger solids and will pass up to 2.5in (63.5mm) solid without crushing or damaging the product.

Husky sanitary ball pump

The 3150 sanitary ball pump is designed for applications that benefit from the convenience of quick knock down design, but may not require leak detection. It passes solids up to 1in (25mm) in diameter. The ease of disassembly of the fluid ends, large porting, and high flow capacity, make the 3150 sanitary ball pump perfect for your high volume application needs.

High sanitation diaphragm pump

The Graco 3150 3A sanitary pump is designed to meet the stringent sanitation requirements of the milk and dairy industry. It has the highest flow capacity of any air-operated double diaphragm pump certified by 3A.

Mounted on a floor stand and equipped with a leak detector, the 3150 3A can be rotated 185° to drain any excess sanitation chemicals used in the clean-in-place (CIP)process.

Sanitary pumps and packages

Graco’s Monark 5:1 double ball pump is suitable for fluids up to 50,000cps when immersed directly, and up to 100,000cps when mounted on a two-post ram. These fluids tend to flow to the pump inlet and are self-leveling. Once pressurized, they flow easily with minimum pressure drop.

The USDA and 3A-approved, quick knockdown pump is constructed of 316 stainless steel, with a 1½in (38mm) sanitary tube flange outlet.
